You can either send me a photo of what you'd like for the design, or give me an idea of your theme and I'll create one for you. Either way, whatever you prefer works for me! Everything is fully customizable - I can replicate exactly what you show me in the photo, or I can adjust anything to better suit your preferences.

You can choose up to 3 different designs per dozen cookies. For two dozens, you can select up to 6 designs, and so on.
Yes, absolutely! Once we've discussed and finalized the theme/designs, I'll send you a preview for review and approval. From there, we can still make any adjustments you'd like- such as icing colors, background, text, or anything else!
Unfortunately, I'm not able to print exact photos onto the cookies using an edible printer at this time. I may offer that option in the future though!
Payment is 50% deposit to secure your order (non-refundable), and the remaining balance is due on the day of pickup/delivery. I accept zelle, cash, or ApplePay.
You can place your order up to 2 weeks before your event.
However, if you need them sooner, I can usually make it work- just reach out as soon as possible so we can communicate quickly and get all the details sorted!
Although a 50% non-refundable deposit is normally required to secure your order, I completely understand that sometimes life happens and plans change!
You're welcome to cancel your order and receive a full deposit refund as long as you let me know at least 3 days before your event date. After that 3-day window, I'm no longer able to issue a refund, since I will have already purchase materials and likely started working on your cookies.
